At Beyond Digitally, we aim for client satisfaction. Refunds are available for services not as described or not delivered within the specified timeframe. Non-refundable items include fully completed and approved services, and partially completed services. To request a refund, contact us at hello@beyonddigitally.in within 30 days of service delivery. Include your name, contact information, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 10 business days. Post approval we will process the refund within 7-8 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 7-8 days.
